This project required the space planning and architectural design of a two-story mixed-use commercial office building with retail, restaurant and office space. An open central lobby, glass curtain wall, day-lighting techniques and natural materials created a contemporary and flexible design. Revit was used to create floor plans, elevations, sections and presentation renderings.
